HHM CPAs, on behalf of a well-known Dealership in Memphis, is assisting in the search for a strong *payroll administrator*.
This position will run payroll for over 100 employees and will be in charge of the process start to finish.
Dealership background is a plus, but not required.
*Duties:*
* Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner for Weekly/Semi-Monthly/Monthly runs.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
* Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in payroll systems
* Manage and Administer employee benefit programs
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
* Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies
* Generate reports on payroll expenses, taxes, and deductions
* Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing
*Skills*
* Proficient in data entry and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll processing
* Experience with ADP or CDK
* Familiarity with general ledger accounting and journal entries
* Excellent Communication Skills Verbal/Written
* Proficient in all Microsoft Programs
* 3+ Years Payroll Experience

Pay: From $20.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
