Job Title: Payroll and Finance Analyst

Southern Roofing and Renovations, a leading company in the construction industry, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll and Finance Analyst.
This dynamic role encompasses a range of responsibilities within payroll and finance, making it an ideal opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in ADP, payroll processing, and finance/accounting analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll/Benefits (25%):
Serve as a backup to the Payroll Manager and assist in processing payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
Conduct onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
Manage benefits enrollment procedures and assist employees with inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
Finance/Accounting Analyst (75%):
Perform detailed financial and accounting analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights.
Utilize advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables to create comprehensive financial models and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ADP payroll processing.
2 years of hands-on experience in payroll functions.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
