All contains 35% alcohol (standard) .
I use 9 vanilla beans per quart of Bacardi Spiced Rum.
This rum has notes of nutmeg and cinnamon.
It is aged in charred oak barrels that gives the vanilla an amazing flavor.
I have both Madagascar and Mexican Extracts.
All my beans come from Penzeys Spices and are the highest quality available.
