*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Organize and maintain files with care, using our Filevine document management system
* Craft compelling and accurate legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
* Bring your eagle eye to proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
* Anticipate the needs of our dedicated attorneys, providing proactive support
* Stay on top of client deadlines and calendar appointments
* Coordinate meetings and arrangements seamlessly
* Offer friendly and helpful telephone support
* Manage the intake process for new clients with professionalism and care
* Communicate empathetically with clients, opposing counsel, and our dedicated team
* Request and organize client medical records and billing
* Oversee the new client intake process and collaborate on meaningful case projects
*Experience & Requirements:*
* 5+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Familiarity with e-filing and database software
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Time management wizardry to thrive in our fast-paced environment
* Organizational skills, interpersonal finesse, and a keen attention to detail
