(Hybrid) Litigation Associate

Our client, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms, is seeking a Litigation Associate with at least 2+ years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have prior employment litigation experience but litigation associates with a strong interest in employment law will be considered.
Qualified candidates will have experience with drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions.
Candidates should also have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and must be admitted to practice or obtain admission in Tennessee.
