Compensation:
$45,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Review new cases with an open eye when developing a theory of liability
Regularly communicate with clients throughout the life of their case, including the theory of liability investigations, treatment, gathering medical records, and negotiations
Monitor medical bills while considering the known or assumed insurance policy limits
Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting, preferably specializing in personal injury law
Talented verbal communicator and writer
Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills and time-management skills
