Job Summary
Working as the Life Enrichment Director you are responsible for organizing, planning, facilitating, and directing the overall operations of the resident activities programming.
Knowledge and Skills
· Ability to create a creative social atmosphere through activities, exercise, and scheduled events.
· Possess the ability, licensure, and willingness to drive the community van.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Ability to train, inspire and motivate others.
· Knowledge and understanding of senior living.
· CRT certification a plus
