Objective: This position will consist of providing in-home care to seniors as well as covering on call phone duties (work from home) every other weekend.
MUST HAVE AVAILABILTY TO WORK ON CALL PHONE EVERY OTHER WEEKEND.
Hours: This is a full-time hourly position guaranteed 40 hours/week with PTO.
Hours vary based need in the field but typically fall between 7A-5P.
Hour will not to exceed 40 hours/week.
This position also requires bi-weekly weekend on-call phone duties (work from home) and occasional weeknight on-call phone duties (work from home) for which additional compensation is provided.
Compensation: $15.
00/hr (40 hrs/week) plus additional compensation for on-call phone (work from home) duties
Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Assist in filling last minute open shifts providing care to seniors in their homes.
When not in the field, assist with general admin duties
Provides hands on-training in the field to caregivers in basic senior care
Cover on-call phone every-other weekend and some weeknight evenings.
On call phone coverage is done from home and additional compensation is given for on-call duty
Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant certification is preferred.
Hoyer lift, advanced care and bed bound experience isREQUIRED.
Must have a current TB test
Must have a valid driver's license and carry auto insurance
Professional experience in the field of customer service is a plus!
Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently.
Must have computer skills to include use of Outlook and email
Must have experience using telephones with multiple lines, multi-task on several calls and maintain professionalism and patience with a fast passed environment.
