We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team.
Position Overview:
As an RN Supervisor at The Village at Germantown, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care to meet the diverse needs of our residents.
This position involves supervising nursing staff, coordinating daily activities, addressing family and social concerns, documenting health status assessments, and contributing to care plans.
The ideal candidate will administer medications, perform skilled treatments and procedures, and actively contribute to maintaining a nurturing and supportive environment for our residents.
Qualifications
Registered nurse with a current State of TN or multi-state license.
Must be able to read regulations and write clearly.
CPR Certification
Must be able to communicate in courteous, friendly manner.
Ability to effectively manage and direct subordinates.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provide daily supervision to assigned staff and directly provides nursing care to residents in Skilled Nursing Unit, Assisted Living Unit, Wellness Center, Dementia Unit, Independent Unit, as assigned.
Participates in the admission of new residents.
Assists residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promotes independent life-style of residents.
Responds to residents call system promptly and courteously.
Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
Consistently demonstrates hospitality behavior and the core values of quality, respect, service, and integrity.
