RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative and clerical support
Help maintain property records
Conduct inventory
Coordinate requests for new office equipment and furniture
Help manage the return and/or repair of office equipment and furniture
Serve as backup receptionist
Answer telephone and route calls
Respond to emails and route messages
Respond to requests for general information about the office, e.
g.
, address, hours, etc.
Receive visitors, record their data in the visitor log, and escort them to the right person
Educate visitors on security rules, regulations, and procedures
Receive, review, and distribute mail
Receive, review, and distribute hand-delivered incoming mail
Stock supplies
Help track employee time
File documents and help manage records
Assist with coordinating and tracking government vehicles
Schedule appointments
Perform other administrative support duties

Progressive and relevant experience
EDUCATION
High school diploma required
College degree preferred but not required
