Role is responsible for Corporate Real Estate, Procurement, Sourcing and Travel programs/portfolio management.
The role is a strategic advisor to the CFO and Executive team, responsible for understanding the company's business strategies and providing support in all areas of their responsibility to achieve corporate goals.
This position leads both employee and outsourced teams with a focus on Key Performance indicators, client satisfaction, cost management and strategic leadership.
Manages the procurement of a wide variety of goods, equipment, and services, records retention, and special projects.
Responsible for oversight of company’s management of Corporate Real Estate services including managing the relationship with external partners, analyzing, benchmarking & creating strategies for the real estate portfolio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition and performance management.
Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls the day-to-day operations of the department; develops and implements policies and programs.
Develop and lead key initiatives for company to improve process, reduce operating costs and maximize efficiency.
Evaluates and coordinates workflow/activities to achieve expected goals and strategies; manages budget and ensures costs are in line with budget.
Manages the Procurement and Supply Chain Management team in their support of the Corporation, Line of Business and Technology for sourcing and procurement functions.
Including all bid and proposal activity (RFP’s and ITB’s), contract modifications for Purchased Services ensuring compliance with RM510, legal guidelines and contracting principles.
Manage the procurement and sourcing pipeline, key milestones, and critical dates.
Monitor suppliers and procurement performance: drawing up specifications, defining key performance indicators, overseeing overall procurement costs and budgets and provide regular reporting, Manages the corporate travel program and monitors adherence, using industry and internal KPI’s.
Oversee management of all Corporate Real Estate, including facility management, project management, lease administration, lease renewal and ongoing maintenance programs.
Recommend the strategic development of tactical plans for acquisition and disposition of corporate contracts and Real Estate to meet business needs and reduce operating costs.
Recommends and implements strategies to establish and maintain relationships with corporate real estate (CRE) team members and key service providers.
On-going management of these relationships includes brokers, attorneys, architects, project managers, contractors, and furniture and material Performs all other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities Directly responsible for directing, coordinating, and evaluating designated units or certain personnel in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; providing pay change recommendations; disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
