We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant.
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective residents with finding their ideal home and providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.

*Role Description*
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Consultant based in Memphis, TN.
The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for leases, resident retention, communication, and lease administration.
Additionally, the Leasing Consultant will provide exceptional customer service to tenants and assist with lease administration tasks.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Manage showings of available single-family properties to prospective tenants.
Manage tenant applications, including screening for creditworthiness and background checks.
Negotiate lease terms and ensure accurate and legal lease documentation.
Provide high-quality customer service to potential and current tenants.
Assist in marketing and advertising efforts to maximize property visibility.
Stay updated on local market trends to inform leasing strategies.
Maintain comprehensive records of leasing activities.
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are ready for occupancy.
Ensure compliance with all housing laws and regulations.
Manage lease renewals.
