As a Real Estate Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will play a critical role in ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and management of meetings and documentation.

If this opportunity aligns with your aspirations, submit your application now! Compensation: $42,000 - $60,000 yearly Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the CEO/COO in managing daily tasks and maintaining all calendars and meeting schedules.
Act as the primary gatekeeper to oversee and organize the time schedules of the CEO/COO effectively.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally, both internally and externally.
Facilitate transaction processes and ensure smooth operations.
Manage bill payments, mail handling, and filing of paperwork efficiently.
Administer subscription accounts, insurance matters, and office supplies.
Assist in the hiring and recruitment process when necessary.
Supervise office and property utilities for smooth operations.
Procure necessary appliances for renovation projects as required.
Coordinate with contractors to complete essential project tasks.
Conduct thorough property inspections before, during, and after projects to track progress.
Coordinate real estate transactions closely with buyers, sellers, and title agents.
Oversee all transaction documentation and ensure accuracy.
Initiate and review title searches with title companies.
Utilize CRM (Podio) daily to update records and monitor tasks until completion of deals.
Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, inspections, and walkthroughs with various parties involved in real estate transactions.
Qualifications: A High school diploma is required for this position, while a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Previous experience in phone or call center roles for at least two years is highly valued.
Strong organizational skills, ability to follow processes, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in various technologies and quick learning ability are necessary.
Knowledge of Google Docs, MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
Understanding of QuickBooks and accounting principles is beneficial.
