Property Manager

Need Space is a company that specializes in the management and operations of self-storage.
We are currently seeking a self-motivated experienced storage facility manager to join us as we grow.
*Job Responsibilities Include:* * Leasing storage spaces and providing top-notch service to all prospects and customers * Executing grassroots marketing to promote a quick lease up and maintain high occupancy levels * Collecting, processing rental payments and consistent follow up on delinquent accounts.
* Selling retail merchandise and ancillary products/services.
* Maintaining the facility in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
This may include daily walks of the property, cleaning the units and the property, opening and closing storage unit doors, and other similar activities * Efficient use of operating software to maintain accurate records * Other duties as may be assigned *Candidate Qualifications:* * 1-2 years experience in storage facility management is a plus but will consider similar experience * Excellent interpersonal skills as needed for relationship building * Proficient computer skills with a knack for learning new software * Ability to walk or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds * Flexibility in scheduling with weekend availability *Benefits:* * A competitive rate of pay * Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance available for full-time employees * Paid vacation time as accrued by full-time employees * Paid holidays after 90 days for full-time employees Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
