30s cpl looking for female roommate (Bartlett)

We are a early 30s cpl that has a home near the NE Memphis/Bartlett line.
It is a very nice 3 bedroom 2ba house.
We have dogs so if you do that is OK too.
There is a dog door for them to go out on their home.
House has all new appliances.
Laundry etc.
Bedrooms are furnished with queen bed with great matresses, large TVs (has all the channel apps) and dressers.
Comes with street parking.
We are in an open relationship so a female that is open to that would be ideal.
This would be a live in rent free type deal.
