I have a room in a 140 sq ft condo in memorial city for rent.
To start, the condo is entirely hardwood with tile bathrooms and kitchen.
Appliances are all less than a year old (had a 10k budget, got some nice stuff) Fixing several things and hired a maid service to clean everything up nicely, so i will post new photos soon.
Private room, private bath; I work nights and mostly mind my own business.
I am CLEAN, but messy which only really extends (downstairs) to a load of laundry still in the dryer on occasion or my coffee cup soaking in the sink before i toss it into the dishwasher.
I ask for the same.
Not looking for a specific gender, ive had roommates of both and can provide references upon request, but i do ask applicants be somewhere between (a mature)22 to 35 ish, just so we grew up on alot of the same culture etc.
I am also looking into a weekly cleaning service, so that can be discussed as well at a walkthrough.
Also, there is currently a few small items in there (queen/king?)bed, a dresser, a small computer desk that are yours to use or I will toss upon request.
The previous owner of these left them and i have no use for them.
