We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated sales manager to join our dynamic and growing sales team.
The right candidate will display the following qualifications.
_*Job Responsibilities*_
* _- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth_
* _- Ability to achieve set sales goals_
* _- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them_
* _- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts_
* _- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities_
* _- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management_
* _- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts_
* _- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments_
_*Job Requirements*_
* - _Proven experience as a sales Manager or in a similar role_
* _- Excellent communication and negotiation skills_
* _- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships_
* _- Knowledge of NetSuite or similar CRM software programs "a must"_
* _- Experience in outside sales is preferred_
* _- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets_
* _- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies_
