Assistant Manager

Applebee’s Assistant Managers are engaged in all aspects of the day-to-day operations at the restaurant.
As Assistant Manager, you are responsible for getting (and keeping) guests and staff excited about their experience every day at Applebee's.
Requirements/Qualifications: 2 to 4 years prior management experience in a full service restaurant or retail.
Able to drive sales and profitability through operational excellence.
Problem solving and decision making skills.
Promotes local store marketing and innovation.
Able to attract, develop and retain top talent to build high performing teams.
Creating a culture of performance accountability and recognition.
Can lead a team to achieve company goals and objectives.
Serve Safe Food and ServeSafe Alcohol Certifications a plus.
Must have the ability to handle stress and rise above.
Ability to effectively communicate with others; can speak effectively to groups.
Committed to making an impact.
Ability to write routine reports.
Minimum age 21.
