Sales Consultant

*Responsibilities:* * Welcome customers to the sales floor and conduct thorough needs analyses to understand their vehicle preferences.
* Expertly explain vehicle features and demonstrate their operation, whether in our showroom or on the road.
* Utilize computer databases to research model availability and optional equipment to meet customer requirements.
* Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales prices, trade-in values, and financing terms.
* Conduct visual inspections of inventory on the lot to ensure quality and suitability for customer needs.
* Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, arranging for vehicle delivery and registration.
* Provide comprehensive vehicle orientation to customers upon delivery.
* Attend required training sessions and department meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
*Requirements:* * Sales skills, exceptional communication, and outstanding customer service abilities are a must.
* Strong organizational skills and thorough follow-up practices are essential for maintaining client relationships before and after the sale.
* Valid driver's license required for all employees.
* Proficiency in basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
