District Executives are a diverse group, sharing a dynamic career offering independence, achievement, and stability.
The executive is the manager of the Scouting non-profit in a designated district within Mississippi Delta.
We are looking for someone to take ownership of growing the district in the key areas of finance, membership, and volunteer development – this is not a clock-in clock-out type of job and involves seasonal travel within the district.

This is a first entry level position that will most likely require relocating to another location to be able to advance in the organization.
_*Starting Pay and Benefits*_ District Executives start at $46,000.
This includes base salary plus a monthly compensation for vehicle and business phone usage.
Other benefits include major medical and prescription coverage, dental, vision, life insurance, long- term disability, accidental death, and a defined benefit retirement plan.
We also offer vacation policy and ten holiday observances.
Annual increase in salary is determined by an individual’s overall performance.

_*Qualifications*_ *Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university* * United States citizenship or declared intention to become a U.
S.
