We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Luxury Group Sales to spearhead our group sales division in Wilson, Arkansas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining sales strategy, cultivating key relationships, and achieving revenue targets in line with our brand's luxurious standards.
Responsibilities: Leadership by driving high volume sale intensity to establish and maintain sustainable occupancy for The Louis and Cottage Collection.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting luxury group markets, including board meetings, conferences, social events, celebrations, and weddings.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, luxury travel agencies, and corporate partners.
Host site visits and deliver presentations that align with the exclusive standards of our offerings.
Sales Execution and Development: Direct sales efforts to exceed revenue goals, focusing on luxury clientele.
Identify new market opportunities and expand our presence within the luxury segment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with all teams within Wilson to ensure a cohesive luxury experience.
Partner with marketing to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with our luxury clientele.
Analysis and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, create and utilize data bases to inform decision-making.
Provide regular insights and reports to executive management on sales trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Compliance and Brand Alignment: Ensure that all activities adhere to legal, ethical, and brand standards.
Uphold the reputation and image of our luxury brand through all interactions and agreements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in luxury group sales.
Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comprehensive understanding of the luxury market and the specific demands of Wilson's elite clientele.
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
