*Sally Beauty is hiring a motivated and passionate *training manager *to join our team!* *The manager will:* * Train the right-fit candidates on our proprietary software and training programs.
* Work closely with our leadership team to ensure that the training program is implemented effectively and efficiently.
* Lead and supervise the implementation of the company’s proprietary training programs.
* Work closely with our sales team to ensure that the training program is implemented effectively and efficiently.
* Work closely with our customer service team to ensure that the training program is implemented effectively and efficiently.
* Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in a managerial role in a retail or other service-based environment.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, direct, and supervise others.
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
* Ability to work independently with little supervision.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient computer skills (e.
g.
, Microsoft Office products).
