*Job Description: *
*As a junior Sales Manager your job is to speak to sellers on a day to day basis.
Your main focus is to follow up with all warm leads until they are ready to sell and then transfer them to our Seniors Sales Managers.
*
On a day-to-day basis you’ll be:
* Making 50 -75 outbound calls daily;
* Contacting interested homeowners by phone to make offers;
* Performing long-term, aggressive follow up;
* Focusing on building relationships and managing a pipeline of leads;
* Occasionally, may be required to go on seller appointments.
Qualifications:
* Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
* At least one year of sales experience;
* A passion for being on the phones and building relationships;
* A positive and likeable personality;
* A persistent, resilient and optimistic attitude;
* Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills;
* A “self-starter”, goal-driven attitude;
* A willingness to be coached and take criticism;
* Experience in the real estate industry (preferred but not required- will train).
Compensation: $80,000.
00 - $125,000.
