*RESPONSIBILITIES*
Maintain and build great business relationships with current clients with their facility needs, and work with vendors to ensure accuracy and efficiency of work being completed
Support key account and client leadership on daily preventative maintenance and found on work orders.
Help account leadership drive account strategy consistently across a client portfolio.
Serve as the point person for client needs.
Sourcing of vendor partners, for scheduled work and/or additional work orders.
Comply with customer key performance indicators (KPI’s) including but not limited to; schedule date, check in and check out, workmanship, photo compliance, quote turn around timing, and timely billing.
Partner with upper management group to manage vendor performance.
Verify billing from vendor partners and ensure profit margins are met.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Review incoming work notifications & work orders for completeness & accuracy, and approve or reject, daily.
Generate follow-up work orders for new scope of work & emergency work orders.
*JOB QUALIFICATIONS*
* 1 year experience in account management or maintenance roles preferred
* Must be computer literate and have proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel).
* Building and maintaining great customer relations
* Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal, written, and presentation formats.
* Ability to lead through influence management to achieved desired results.
* Working knowledge and experience operating and maintaining processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $31,200 - $45,000 per year
