Sales Account Executive

We are an established local Independent Insurance Agency/Broker seeking an Sales Account Executive to help facilitate sales in our local East Memphis office.
We represent the top carriers in the Property and Casualty Industry and have serviced Personal and Commercial lines Insurance in the area for 20 years.
The Sales Account Executive will help secure automobile, homeowners, and business insurance policies through a variety of marketing channels while maintaining client relationships.
*Although no prior insurance experience is needed at least 2 years of sales experience in a non-retail environment will be required*.
We will be looking for driven candidates that demonstrate clear written and verbal communication as well as critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Full training and support will be provided to ensure success throughout your career.
The first-year salary will be between $45-55K, and a realistic year 3 average $78,000.
The position will offer a base salary, commissions and renewal commission with average increases in pay between 15-20% annually.
Good chemistry within the office is important and we are looking for team players who can work well within a team environment.

Although the position listed is a full time position we can accommodate a semi flexible or part-time schedule for the right person.
- Base Salary $40-45,000 - Commission with no cap - Renewal Commission - Bonus - Private office - Health Insurance - Opportunity for advancement First year realistic income will be $46-55K.
Increasing each year after.
