Transnetyx is seeking a full-time Marketing Events Manager to join our amazing team in Memphis, Tennessee.
You will collaborate with the Director of Global Marketing and internal stakeholders to develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Transnetyx events.
This position spearheads the Transnetyx event strategy, including participation in trade shows, attendance at local events, and planning and facilitating Transnetyx hosted events.
The Marketing Events Manager works closely with marketing leadership to determine key events, handle attendance from start-to-finish (registration, attendance, etc.
), and prove return on investment (ROI).
Models the YX Ten+ core values, mission, and vision of Transnetyx.
A great match and ideal team member has five years of experience running full-cycle events Globally.
You've planned and managed events in both North America and Europe.
You also have experience with a CRM, Salesforce is preferred.

com/careers The Role WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Leads the development and execution of the Transnetyx hosted event and tradeshow strategy, including tasks such as identifying key events and coordinating pre- and post-show communication.
Collaborates with Director of Marketing and Director of Sales to plan and staff customer and sponsored events at Transnetyx.
Negotiates and executes contracts with for both large- and small-scale events at Transnetyx.
Analyzes, tracks, and reports on event ROI at Transnetyx using Salesforce.
Works closely with in-house designers to ensure that event displays accurately represent the Transnetyx brand.
Takes ownership of ordering and tracking event inventory at Transnetyx, including collateral, giveaways, and other materials Performs other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferred Marketing or Communications concentration.
Experience: Five or more years of marketing event experience in relevant field with strong service and administrative training required.
Required Skills: Must be comfortable with computers and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Must be proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking and analyzing event performance metrics.
Additional Skills/ Competencies: Must possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and third parties to ensure quality customer service.
Must possess outstanding communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and customer service skills and effective communication in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural customer setting.
Must have the ability to proactively address issues in a quick, creative, and innovative manner.
Must be outgoing, flexible, adaptable, and energetic.
Must be analytical, attentive to detail, and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task using strong time management and organizational skills.
Must demonstrate a strong work ethic including great personal drive, motivation, discipline, and initiative; including the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
Must demonstrate ability to manage and coordinate events from strategy to execution.
Must exhibit strong negotiation skills and experience in executing contracts for various event scales.
Must possess proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking and analyzing event performance metrics.
Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Must show strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must have ability to travel as needed to attend various events.
Physical Demands: This position may involve sitting for prolonged periods of time, hearing, speaking, reaching, typing, lifting (up to 20lbs).
