Our community is seeking an experienced and efficient Leasing Consultant.
The Leasing Consultant is primarily responsible for supporting the Community Manager in the general administration and physical operation of the community.
A strong emphasis should be placed on marketing and leasing of the community in order to ensure that an acceptable rental occupancy level is maintained.

Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
Must be detail-oriented, with great written and oral communication skills, as well as strong marketing, leasing and sales experience preferred.
Accomplished interpersonal skills; capable of dealing effectively with residents, vendors and co-workers.
Answers incoming phone calls and handles each call accordingly, whether it is a prospect call, resident, service request, etc.
Greets prospective residents, qualifies, determines needs and preferences, and professionally presents the community while communicating community and unit features and benefits.
Know the current condition of all vacant apartments that have been made ready for move-in.
Show apartments to prospects and provide various rental information.
Accept and process applications.
Assist Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager in preparation of daily and weekly reports, resident communications, move-out inventory, market surveys, etc.
Marketing the Community daily by using all available advertising.
Working knowledge of Yardi 7S is a plus.
Must have a valid driver's license, proper automobile liability insurance and dependable transportation that is in good operating condition.
Drug test and background check required.
