*Responsibilities:*
* Meticulously manage existing client accounts and execute robust sales strategies to achieve or surpass company sales targets.
* Conduct comprehensive market research to unearth potential clients and untapped market segments.
* Foster and solidify relationships with customers by delivering top-tier customer service.
* Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, effectively highlighting the value proposition to prospective clients.
* Draft, refine, and finalize sales proposals and contracts to meet client requirements.
* Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction and efficient operations.
*Requirements:*
* Preferred 3-5 years of outside sales experience with a verifiable track record of success.
* Prior experience in the janitorial distribution industry or a closely related sector is highly preferred.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal aptitudes, facilitating productive interactions with a diverse client base.
* Proven negotiation abilities with a taste for closing deals.
* A self-starter attitude, with the capability to work independently as well as harmoniously within a team.
