Requirements Licensing: Must hold a valid Property and Casualty insurance license in Arkansas.
Sales Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a similar sales role is preferred.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
