This position is designed for the energetic person with a proven track record of sales experience and revenue development.
The ideal candidate has the responsibility of obtaining new clients and retaining current clients.
This position is responsible for growing the ASW Staffing brand in the Memphis and surrounding markets and increasing sales volume and branch profitability establishing new customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record in sales (staffing experience is desired) and developing customer relationships and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
•Identify prospective clients and new opportunities
•Initiate contact with prospects to establish interest, determine business needs and sales opportunity, through means of a defined sales process and networking
•Obtain sales appointments
•Establish a clear understanding of prospects' business and develop solutions
•Complete contract negotiations and documentation
•Develop relationships with prospects and current clients
•Achieve/exceed sales objectives on a weekly and monthly basis
Competencies:
•Ability to meet sales targets
•Ability to communicate effectively with management at client site
•Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
•Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills
•Demonstrates consultative selling skills
•Computer literacy, including competency related to Microsoft Windows-based applications like Office and Outlook
