Your Opportunity: Varsity Spirit is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team to support our Varsity Performing Arts businesses.
Sales Operations Specialists serve as an internal liaison, while providing quality service, for Sales Regions, keeping them abreast of current trends, processes and product information that will affect how they service their customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain the day to day operations of assigned systems.
Support the migration of sales reps and account specialists to Salesforce.
Identify pain points for the users and suggest areas of improvement through system enhancements or process improvements.
Serve as an internal liaison, while providing quality service for the Sales Team, keeping them abreast of current functionality and enhancements to assigned systems.
Respond to inquiries from the Sales Team or other internal parties regarding assigned systems.
Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls and/or concerns.
Define, document, and implement processes throughout the sales cycle.
Provide internal colleagues / customers with product and service information.
Manage system / site content creation to meet established deadlines.
Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments within the company.
Be prepared to assist on special projects with other departments as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience demonstrating success managing systems and/or multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
Detailed oriented and strives for accuracy.
Task oriented and self-motivated.
Cooperative team player who can also work independently.
Experience with Varsity’s internal systems preferred- Salesforce.
com CRM, JDEdwards, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
).
