Position Overview:
As the Customer Experience and Local Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer enjoys a seamless and delightful experience at our car wash.
You will also be responsible for devising and implementing creative local marketing strategies to attract new customers and foster a sense of community engagement.
This is a hybrid role, in which you will be working from home and at our car washes in the Memphis/Northern Mississippi area.
Responsibilities:
Local Marketing:
Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions and offers.
Engage with the local community and businesses to establish partnerships.
Utilize social media platforms and other channels to promote car wash services.
Plan and coordinate on-site events and promotions to increase foot traffic.
Plan and prepare for Grand Opening Events in the Memphis Area.
Work closely with our signage vendors and manage our inventory of marketing materials.
Social Media:
Create posts on our social media platforms (Instagram & Facebook)
Capture content at the car washes for use on social media.
Engage and interact with our social media followers.
Team Support:
Work closely with our director of marketing to ensure a smooth operation.
Provide guidance and training to team members on customer service best practices.
Foster a positive and motivated work environment that aligns with our values.
Work closely with our store leadership team to ensure they have proper marketing material.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
Creativity and a strategic mindset for devising innovative marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of local marketing trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
Proficiency in social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or marketing certifications are a plus.
