This position will play a key role in helping elevate our agency’s social presence, as well as digital communications for our largest clients.

We’re looking for someone based in or willing to move to the Memphis, TN area to work with the in-person team regularly, while also having the flexibility to work from home.
Your Core Responsibilities as Social Media Content Producer
Concept, craft and deliver consistently impactful social campaigns and posts based on a brand’s content strategy, content pillars and client expression
Proactively collaborate and coordinate within a multidisciplinary brand team
Be responsive and able to prioritize requests and due dates
Understand the nuances of each social media channel and execute using best practices for social channels
Stay current on creative, industry and client category trends within social media
Work closely with the Creative Director to evaluate, revise and optimize the work
Play a key role in furthering agency’s social media POV
Partner with Strategists to understand and audit social media KPIs to optimize content based on defined goals
Generate and oversee the creation and completion of short video content, emphasizing Instagram Reels and TikTok, from conceptualization through production to post-production
Edit short-form videos efficiently, often working within tight timeframes
Capture content primarily using an iPhone, complemented by digital camera usage and occasional photography
Qualifications You Possess
4+ years of social media or marketing experience
A great portfolio (website and/or social media accounts) with an emphasis on video and digital content and campaigns
Heavy social media user — TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.
— with a solid understanding of platform-native functionalities (e.
g.
, polls, live filters, green screen, etc.
)
Experience with video programs/software
Strong understanding of developing social media creative that cuts through the clutter while keeping overall brand goals in mind
Ability to think strategically and creatively by following a creative brief
Passion for social media and collaborating with a partner or ideating in group settings
Resourceful problem-solver and ability to adapt to tight deadlines
Understanding of the digital landscape and the role social media plays in day-to-day interactions between a brand and its audiences, and the ability to put this understanding into action
