Rise Above Sports Group is a Professional Sports Agency for International and American Basketball Players where we focus on overseas job placements through representation, professional level development through our partnered athletic trainers, opportunities for players to been seen or viewed by our connections of partnered agents , teams, and coaches for a player to be placed on a professional team directly through combines and international tours.

We hope to teach our method of sucessful agency management and unique ways to communicate through social media with prospects and with teams.
With our internship, students will learn how to manage clients, speak to prospective athletes, learn how to commuinicate with clubs and/or professional staff, how to create digital content for professional sports, and much more.
After the internship, students will have the experience to be able to work for top professional teams and organizations, create thier own agency, or even work for top sports brands.
Sports Management Internship Role Responsibilities
Lead to Client Generation - Learn how to navigate this market by organic growth
Provide feedback for prospective clients who are seeking job placements overseas
Consult with Prospective Clients seeking to attend events such as combines/ showcases or tours/ Book consultation times with players to discuss with management
Have the opportunity to learn how to manage Social Media Accounts for Rise Above Sports Group for Basketball , Baseball, Soccer, Football etc.
/ Promote Events/ Promote Players- Stats/ Signings/ Game Films/ Workouts.
( Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Etc.
)
Promote Tours/ Combines to manage group / host events ( Accommodations Included depending on availability and proximity to each event location ) ( Travel not required but always welcome for interns whom are experienced in media for any events in the States or Internationally)
Experience
We are seeking college students who seek to graduate in the fields directly of business management, sports management or marketing, whom are current or former athletes.
The ideal candidate must have a passion for sports and a good knowledge of the games or matches and positions upon viewing players in season and off season
Expectations
This is a Job that is 100% percent of the time will be working from home! Travel to combines or tours again is not required but recommended to attend to be able to connect with players, coaches, partnering agents and international and or US professional teams.
We expect the ideal intern to be able to follow their own schedule they set for themselves in order to be sucessful at earning paid incentives during the course of the internship.
RASG is seeking to pay all interns bonus for productivity .
