Agilix Solutions is seeking a 3M Specialist, based in our southern region.
This full-time position will support our sales team with product expertise, training, industry insight, and direction with 3M Industrial Sales.
This person will report directly to the Industrial Supply Manager.
Responsibilities
Creating and executing effective business plans for customers focusing on 3M activities and promotions.
Active participation in all 3M delivered training for the Outside Sales Specialist role.
Effective training and guidance for the sale of supported products for the inside sales team.
Act as a 3M technical resource for supporting day-to-day activities that are beyond the abilities of the inside sales team.
Team with the inside sales team to identify the 3M target customer base, establish relationships, and cultivate opportunities.
Keep the customer base apprised of 3M and other product line extensions, technologies, programs, and joint marketing efforts.
Coordination with 3M for targeted customer conversions utilizing analytics, active marketing campaigns, and entering opportunities in the 3M B2B portal.
Utilize and maintain company CRM (customer relationship management) tool for all activities.
Ability and desire to market and profitably sell all product lines available to Agilix Solutions.
Qualifications
Experienced internal proactive selling background with a passion for solving problems for customer applications and issues.
Ability to develop a strategic plan with tactical activities and targets based on analytics.
Ability to administer and implement marketing, promotional programs, and product launches.
Ability to work as a team member executing as part of an overall company strategy for reaching new and existing customers and creating demand for targeted products and services.
Must be flexible with high mental agility (Able to pivot/change direction based on conditions).
Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate technical products and services in a remote environment.
Strong presentation skills in group and individual situations.

Creative thinker with the ability to create original concepts to train, service, and sell to internal and external customers.
Understanding of data and how it can be used to analyze business opportunities.
