*RESPONSIBILITIES*:
Support revenue growth activities under of Healthcare Linen Services Group under the direction of the Vice President of Sales within the Commercial Team.
Partner with customer service, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure new business leads are generated, deals are accretive from a revenue and profit standpoint and operations are prepared.
This role would require cold calling, sales presentations, and deal negotiations within current coverage area as well as adjacent states with future growth targets.
*POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:*
· Identify new sales opportunity leads through existing networks, research and use of lead generation tools
· Lead sales process to include prospecting, qualifying and sales presentations to senior decision makers
· Follow direction of leadership, including specific markets and facility types / points of service
· Work with legal and finance to develop favorable terms, conditions, and pricing of contracts
· Manage and update sales pipeline and CRM to reflect progress in sales pipeline to meet company expectations
· Participate in weekly sales report outs on new business sales opportunities
· Partner with marketing to create robust selling tools and branding for company
· Partner with customer service and operations on the onboarding of new customers & support organic growth opportunities
· Represent company at industry trade shows and events to build relationships
· Maintain heavy focus on customer-facing activity, including field-based in-person meetings with customers and targets
*POSITION DELIVERABLES:*
· Utilize existing market segmentation tools to increase leads and prospecting via prioritized time & territory management
· Follow sales process to drive opportunities from identification to close successfully
· Partner with marketing to improve and update branding and media tools
Identify & convert Coop and OPL market opportunities
*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:*
· Education: B.
S Degree in business related field
· Experience: Must have 3+ Years’ experience in linen industry or related services business
· Must learn & master all divisions various contract models, profitability models and legal language
· Must have the ability to communicate via power point, oral presentation and written clearly and effectively
· Must be confident and willing to reach out to key decision makers via cold calls and
· Must be solutions focused, problem solver and respond to customer issues timely and calmly
· Must partner with key stakeholders of the business under one common goal to increase revenue and profits
Must possess computer skills in Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint
