This position will train under and report directly to Sales Manager Chad Mansker and Owner Brad Cook.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Analyze marketing data and provide insights to drive decision-making

, product demonstrations, tutorials, vlogs].
-Plan, script, shoot, and edit videos to maintain a consistent and high-quality presence on YouTube.
-Social Media Management: Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
-Develop a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across social media channels.
Skills:
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track campaign performance
- Experience with marketing automation platforms for lead generation and nurturing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems for website management
- Ability to develop and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels
- Understanding of e-commerce principles and strategies for online sales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
-Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably with a focus on YouTube and social media.
-Proficient in video editing tools (e.

, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design software.
-In-depth understanding of YouTube algorithms and best practices.
-Familiarity with social media trends, platforms, and analytics.
