We provide our clients hard money lending services for residential investment properties in the Mid Sooth area.
We are looking for a loan/sales manager to join our team!
Qualifications
· 2+ Years’ Experience
Loan Proposal Functions
Getting loans approved to meet loan origination goals
Preparing and presenting loan proposals to loan committee
Managing the Loan Assistant and owning all responsibilities of that position
Borrower Relations Job Functions
Sales
Attending Networking events and meetings to bring in new borrowers
Managing HubSpot (CRM) sales funnel
Calling on lists of prospective borrowers Handling all incoming new borrower inquiry calls and emails
Running comps and advising borrowers on the loan that best fits their needs
Managing Relationships with all current borrowers
Speaking with all borrowers over the phone at point of application, loan approval, and payoff.
Regular lunches with active and prospective borrowers
Marketing for new borrowers
Utilizing social media to increase brand awareness and bring in new borrowers
Owning the responsibilities of the part-time Marketing Specialist
Other Skills, Functions, & Responsibilities
Use of excel, word, outlook, and teams
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
Prepare and present weekly scorecard
Calendar Management
Email Management
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
