*Position Summary: * The Automotive Sales Consultant is responsible for selling new and used vehicles at gross profit, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting volume standards set by America’s Largest Automotive Retailer.
This role involves interacting with customers, guiding them through the vehicle purchase process, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or customer experience, excellent communication skills, and a drive to exceed sales goals.
*Position Overview: * * Sell new and used vehicles to meet gross profit, customer satisfaction, and volume standards.
* Interact with customers, guiding them through the vehicle purchase process by asking questions and listening attentively.
* Utilize our national inventory to find the perfect vehicle match for customers.
* Describe optional equipment and accessories, explaining their features and benefits in detail.
* Negotiate terms to ensure payment options align with customers' lifestyles and budgets.
* Close deals effectively and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month.
* Provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring satisfaction and driving loyalty through follow-up.
* Transition customers to our Service departments, emphasizing quality and convenience.
*Requirements: * * Proven track record in sales or customer experience.
* Drive to achieve targeted income goals in line with company standards.
* Minimum of 1-year automotive sales experience preferred.
* Track record of exceeding sales and customer service goals.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Willingness to diligently follow up with customers.
* Valid in-state driver’s license with a safe driving record.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
