*AGD Associates *is currently hiring for a Wireless Sales Representative to open and upgrade accounts in the *Little Rock, AR* and *Memphis, TN* area and surrounding suburbs for our telecom client.
This is a hybrid role: office work and meetings are done remotely while opening accounts with our customers are done in person.
*Job Description and Responsibility:*
* Opening accounts for new customers.
* Attaching additional products, and upgrading services to existing accounts.
* Reaching out to customers based on leads provided by the client.
* Managing and maintaining great customer rapport in territories that are assigned.
* Collaborating with a team to increase sales in the market.
* Joining daily Zoom meetings to cover campaign strategies and team development.
*Minimum Requirements:*
* 1-3 years in people-focused roles.
* Wireless sales experience is highly preferred but optional.
* Associates Degree+
* Communication skills
* Experience working in team settings
*Nice to Have: *
* Competency with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive.
* Leadership experience
* Training experience
