Wanted 10-30 acres designated agriculture to farm the land (Jackson)

Hello! I am a young and aspiring regenerative farmer looking for land in Jackson, TN, or the surrounding areas.
Jackson is my hometown, and I want to serve our community with my farm's food, beauty and educational opportunities for kids.
I want 100 acres (I have a vision for the land's use) but 5 or more is great too.
I just need a place to get started.
I do NOT plan on developing the land for more than food and educational space.
I will not be selling timber nor will I sell acreage to developers.
