Responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen.
1.
Maintain a professional appearance and enforce Company grooming and dress standards.
2.
Accountable for customer satisfaction by ensuring all food standards are met; address customer concerns in a timely
and efficient manner and implement/uphold appropriate departmental standards of quality/timing.
3.
Properly execute as a member of the line staff by working constantly and cohesive in a variety of cooking methods to
assure timeliness, efficiency, and productivity as a team member, and assisting others when necessary.
4.
Possess above average knife skills, as well as proficiency in varying cook techniques.
5.
Assists with the cleaning station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
6.
Ensure proper holding and rotating techniques for storage, taking necessary steps to avoid losing or wasting product.
7.
Uphold and ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
8.
Maintain equipment in a professional manner and maintain a clean, safe and efficient work station.
9.
Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to
supervisor.
10.
In addition, other duties may be required as directed by your manager.
