We are looking for employees to work the week days Tuesday-Friday 7am-3pm shifts

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Maintains punctual attendance
* Strong work ethic, staying busy to insure the store is ready for peak performance
* Greets customers courteously and interacts in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Confident knowledge of coffee & beignet offerings.
Demonstrates a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to customers.
* Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying decision-making process.
* Enters orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments.
* Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
* Serves customers quickly and efficiently, and prevents delays in serving lines.
* Prepares coffee & beignet orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
* Follow standard operating procedure in all aspects, especially with drink builds, cleanliness, workflow, and customer service as instructed by management personnel
* Attention to general tidiness of store, keeping work spaces clean at all times
* Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area.
* Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
* Cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments.
* Performing deep cleaning tasks as detailed in checklists from management
* Comply with health and safety regulations
* Recommend new menu items
* Respond positively to feedback from team leads & management
* Inform management of any maintenance issues in a timely manner
* Performs other duties as assigned.
